Messages can be found in the <strong>Messaging<\/strong> section and also can be forwarded to your email address.<\/p>\n<h3>If emails are not getting through you should check the following:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign into your account and go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/emp\/eh-info-notifications\/\">Info&gt;Notifications<\/a> page to double check that your email address is correct and be sure the checkbox is checked to forward your messages.<\/li>\n<li>Check your email program to be sure it is accepting messages from <strong>whentowork.com<\/strong> and <strong>when2work.com<\/strong> (note the number 2 in the address) and not sending those messages into your trash, bulk mail, or spam folder.<\/li>\n<li>Try going to <a href=\"https:\/\/whentowork.com\/wwforgotid.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/whentowork.com\/wwforgotid.htm<\/a> and entering your email address. Your username and password will be emailed to you and you can confirm your mail program is accepting mail from our address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Note: If your email address is showing with &#8220;Invalid&#8221; at the beginning, this means that emails sent to that address were returned to us with a notice that no such email exists.
