Online Employee Scheduling

Saving / Naming Schedule Templates

Your previous weekly/daily schedules are always available to be Imported by date but you may want to "Save as a Template" Schedules at certain points in the scheduling process.  Ex. you can Save a schedule for a holiday with certain employees already assigned so that it is easy to find when you want to Import for a later holiday. Or you can create different scheduling scenarios and save them as a template so that they can be Imported by template name. You can filter your schedule view on certain Positions and/or Categories and Save only those shifts in your template etc.

To Save Shifts as a Daily or Weekly Template:
(You can navigate to any empty week, create your schedule, Save Template, then use Clear/Delete to return that particular week back to be empty)

At any point in your scheduling process, from any Schedule View:

  • Click Save Template to open the Save as Template window
  • If you had already filtered your schedule view then those Positions/Categories will be preselected in the Save as Template window
  • Type in the name you want to give the template (either in the Save a WEEK Section or the Save a DAY section)
  • Click Save WEEK (or Save DAY)
