Edit a Position (Job) 

To Edit a Position (to change the way it displays on all schedules)
From any page: 
  • In the top menu hover over Employees and choose Positions Grid
  • click the  Add / Edit Positions button to open the Add/Edit Positions window 
  • Click the Edit/Delete button on the right to open the Edit Positions window
  • Type into the Position field you want to change
  • Click the Save button

  • On all schedules that position label will be updated
