Online Employee Scheduling


Assigning Employees Yourself - Changing Shifts  
 
You can manually assign employees to shifts before using AutoFill or you can assign all of your shifts manually. Assigning workers manually can be done when adding the shift or later by clicking an existing shift and choosing the employee.

On any Schedule View: 
  • 1. Click on the shift to bring up the Shift Change window 
  • 2. Click the employee name once to choose the employee you want to work the shift. (Clicking the employee name twice will open the employee details window.) If employee work time preferences have been added the list of employees will be in order of who prefers to work at that time and the preferences will be seen in the last column.  The list can be sorted by clicking any column heading.
  • You also can make any other changes you like to the shift 
  • 3. Click Save Changes 
  • The window will close and the schedule will be updated 
  •  
     You also can assign an employee at the time you Add Shifts
